Polish project partners from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology have had their research paper published in the Journal of the Taiwan Institute of Chemical Engineers: read it here!

The paper presents successful experiments that showcase highly efficient phosphorus recovery and struvite precipitation in dairy processing wastewater (essential for phosphorus recovery, usually hindered through excess phosphorus, calcium, and potassium).

Research outputs indicate a significant potential to serve in wastewater treatment, coupled to phosphorus precipitation with a fertilizer value product.
